Prostitution has no ethics. The whole system degrades every being around it and destroys them emotionally making them insensitive to reality and inhuman. As humans we should see this is crime and put a stop to prostitution and the corruption behind it. Sadly we don’t do anything and put the blame on the victims for getting themselves caught up in such a horrific situation. The sense of property of male or female came from the age of the agricultural revolution. The thought that one person can own another has existed ever sense and the best way to fight this nightmarish issue is through education. As a culture making chivalry a reality again and changing our culture to respect others would help greatly. Since changing a society’s culture is extremely difficult, a more realistic way of fighting this issue is through education awareness for the victims and extremely harsh prosecution for the culprits.

Prostitution is one of the world oldest professions. One thing I always notice when it come to that subject everyone is always put the blame on the pimp the prostitute or the Traficant. Let’s take for example Governor Eliot Spitzer one of the toughest there is when it comes to prostitution; while he himself was paying a prostitute for sex. His behavior is reflecting our culture we criticize something but yet we practice it. What I’m trying to say is that most people would tell you what you want to hear because what we honestly think is not the noblest one. There wouldn’t be pimp without hoes; there wouldn’t be hoes without customers; supply and demand. To prevent prostitution we would need a culture change, which in my opinion is one of the hardest things to do we talk about a way of thinking has been forge over hundreds of years. You could go after as many Traficant or as many pimps as you want there would be thousands in line ready to take their place. As long as there is a demand the market will always exist.

First of all I would like to address this issue of sex trafficking with some things I know. I know slavery is wrong, sex trafficking enslaves others, therefore sex trafficking is wrong. That is simple, but where the line becomes grey is when it comes to prostitution. Based on the evidence presented it is clear that a majority of women are forced into these acts and even some that are not forced into these acts at some point are forced to incur some kind of suffering they did not willingly accept or want. So it seems to me that prostitution and exploitation is similar to murder in the sense that what makes it wrong is the manner in, which in takes place. For example, in the case of the pimp from Hialeah, FL, Hugo Gonzalez, in some cases some of the women were better off because of him, where others were manipulated and worse off. Similar to someone who kills many, some in self defense, others in cold blood. He is still a murderer, but in some cases it is justified. He is wrong where the prima facie duty is ignored and there is no greater prima facie duty that supercedes it. In the case of self dense, his prima facie duty is to keep himself alive and supercedes the prima facie duty of not committing murder. So based on these two distinctions it becomes clear that if sex trafficking is wrong and comparable to murder, the one thing we must do is make efforts to eliminate what causes the immoral act. If we see that many woman are forced into it because of abuses in their childhood, we need to make better efforts to educate the populace on means to stop child abuse before it occurs in the home, provide safe environments for under-privileged children who might not otherwise have one and provide a sort of parenting alternative for those that have no real parenting in a way that brings the parenting to those children when they wouldn't have a means to access it themselves. It is in't the easiest of tasks, but these things can help to mitigate the effects. As for making every person in the world behave morally is beyond my scope of expertise, but it can definitely be said that if slavery is wrong, and sex trafficking is a form of slavery, sex trafficking is wrong.

Bunny ranchesare the best example of how prostitution should be handled. Regardless of laws against it, individuals will seek it out. Unfortunately pimps will continue to mistreat and sell prostitutes. The best way to get a firm grasp on the situation is to legalize it, set industry standards (as with other businesses, and tax the providers and participants. In doing so, we will be able to control the spread of disease, legally protect the prostitutes and their rights, and make some money for the local and federal government. Not to mention, we will be creating positions in the form of health regulators, industry professionals, etc.

I believe that prostitution is one of the worse and degrading jobs on earth, if we can call it a job. I believe as a human being we all need to feel some type of respect in order to increase or stabalize our selfesteem. Unfortunatelly some people think that its easy money and once they start doing it they just can not stop and that is very sad. I hope that some day we will be able to stop once and for all prostitution and that way we can make this entire planet a better place for the next generation to come.

The subject of prostitution has always had a stigma to it. The thought of our bodies being a temple and sex being shared between two people that love each other causes society to shun at the mere thought of using our bodies as a means to an end. However, this is not always universal. Porn stars are also prostitutes. Although not label as a pillar of society, they are prostitutes all the same and should be treated as such. Instead of getting TV shows, they should be getting jail time (There crime is caught on camera). I only say this because it is not fair to approve of one form of prostitution and not the our.
On the subject of human trafficking, however, the thought appalls me. Forcing someone to have sex for your own gain is revolting. This crime is common all over the world and does not seem to have an end in sight. For the life of me, I can not understand how anyone can forcibly make another human being have sex for personal gain. Punishment for this crime should include public castration and burning at the stake. Moreover, the customers of these traffickers should be severely punished as well (maybe by stoning). After all, if they didn't have clientele the market would not exist.

Human trafficking is the worse thing that could happen to a human being. It is so sad to know that this is one of the biggest issues that Europe and other parts of the world have to face every day. I believe that education play a mayor role in the victims of prostitution because due to the lack of knowledge and ingénue they end up trusting in people they do not even know. For instance, in Albania the prostitution is a very depressing issue since even parents are selling their own daughters in the market for a low sum of two hundred dollars. Some of these parents are peasants that do not even know how to write or read and they think their daughters would have a better life somewhere else besides their home. Other cases in Albania have been reported that girls had been kidnapped and later sold by the local mafia to become prostitutes in other countries like Italy. I think the best way to try to stop prostitution to continue happening is to increase the education in those countries where peasants are not able to even go to school due to economic reason. Another good option would be to legalized it, I believe once prostitution is legal those criminals would lose interest in prostitution.

Sadly, prostitution is an issue that has been going for hundreds of years now and will be going on for the rest of time if people especially young girls aren’t educated on the harm that prostitution will bring on your life. A lot of young girls see prostitution as a way to make easy money in a short period of time without realizing that they are dancing with the devil once they enter that life style. Although there are many types of prostitution such as child prostitution, human trafficking etc.. those have to be stopped by officials and law enforcement across the world. The prostitution that I am talking about is the same one that is enslaving girls who have weak self will and low morals across our streets in Miami and across the whole USA. People view prostitution as wrong and dirty, they look down upon the women that prostitute them selves yet no one thinks about why they are there in the first place. A lot of these women have been abandoned, beaten and raped by the only people they ever trusted falling into a lifestyle there is no way out of, once your in to deep. This is an issue that a lot of people don’t like talking about however; this issue will always keep on coming up if we don’t educate everyone on the dangers of that life style and ways we can help ones that are in it.

Human sex trafficking is a sad, devastating but true reality that affects all humanity no matter what country, race, color or social class you come from. I remember last year that some ministry friends of mine were serving local strippers and prostitutes in the Miami area as an outreach to help them connect in relationship with people who desire to see them leave that lifestyle. They partnered with an organization, XXXChurch that started what they call Strip Churches http://miami.stripchurch.com/about.html for reaching women working in the sex industry and caught up in the prostitution.

Often time we look down at those caught in the web of prostitution as being whores or cheap, but the reality is that most women have been emotionally raped and abused before ever using sex as a means of a lifestyle or career. Human sex trafficking is an epidemic that all over the world is destroying communities, children, families, marriages, careers, businesses, and lives. Pornography is another issue for another time, but the reality on both issues is that is further reveals the severity of how over-sexed our culture is and what we will do in our so called pleasured to obtain them. For those who are willing to go to these places to exchange money for sexual acts, the word ADDICTION seems fitting because it takes a person with a sexual addiction (rather the would admit that or not) to look beyond the reality of what any person is having to do in order for money, to not feel some sense of guilt and shame about what they are doing.

The problem with prostitution is that some women voluntarily go into that position because of financial hardship or other needs to survive. But then some are actually forced into going to prostitution by some other force. The solution should be to end prostitution and the corruption it brings along with it like the trafficking of children and women. Society should punish the pimps, johns, and traffickers for taking advantage of the poor women and children that engage in these activities. It is a sad issue when the children that do not know any better have been placed in situations like this. The solution as stated should be to educate and punish the ones that commit these crimes.

Human trafficking is one of the worst things that can happen to any human being. It’s a nightmare and a terrible fate many go through. Many who aren’t even able to forget those terrible moments, others who have scars, and many who have died because of diseases such as HIV and AIDS. In my opinion, human trafficking and prostitution is wrong and no one should use people as means to get money. But in this century it would be strange if it didn’t occur because this has been happening over many centuries. It is sad to see that many teenagers, women, and men get kidnapped/sold for prostitution and human trafficking. Many families who must face a terrible fate and suffering over their missing son or daughter. Hopefully in our system they never make human trafficking and prostitution a real profession.

As we know human trafficking is all over the world and the worse part about it is that the major part of it are kids. Lots of people would do and give just about anything in this their lives to leave the ones they live in their foreign countries. All over the world there is evil and the people in power are the ones taking over and forcing people out, by abusing and taking many human privileges and that are consider the human rights. Human trafficking is morally wrong and I don’t like it or agree in any way what so ever. Now more than ever no one can trust anyone because there is just too much evil in this world all around. Like I mentioned previously, many people leave their countries for better tomorrow and in search for freedom but unfortunately most of the time this can’t be found because they are fooled and trick into wonders that will never happen do to an evil should with no morals. Many of these people are used for prostitution and drugged for money and never can they find their happiness because they will die trying to escape the abuse and trying to fight an addiction force into them.

This is such a sad topic but I am glad we are talking about it. It is true that we tend to think that sexual slavery is something that happens in other countries and not so much in the United States and that is wrong. When I came to this country from Argentina, I lived in a Hostel and it was there where I was offered again and again by “recruiters” opportunities to make quick money. Luckily, I was smart enough to know the real intention behind it. Others, I know they felt for it. We tend to judge strippers and prostitutes but it can be so easy to slide into it and so hard, if not impossible, to get out. I have stripper friends so I know the struggle, and I understand how hard that life is (strippers get pimped out in some form as well by bouncers of the club for example). Like Farley explains, prostitution comes in all shapes, forms and styles. Even if we cannot talk someone out of it, we can help by not participating in any of these activities and by educating our kids and the people around us. I think is great what organizations like xxxchurch are doing because most people turn their backs at the victims. By the way, I read an article a while back about how it would be possible in a couple of years to legalize the sex age limit at fifteen years old, SCARY. Education, stop enabling and stricter laws and key in solving this issue, hopefully, sooner than later. :C

By the way #2: In some countries in Asia, Africa and Latin America the first ones to smuggle weed among other products are kids!!!! These kids, most likely are sexual slaves as well...

The U.S. Government adopted a strong position against
legalized prostitution in a December 2002 National
Security Presidential Directive based on evidence that
prostitution is inherently harmful and dehumanizing, and
fuels trafficking in persons, a form of modern-day slavery. This is sad but real. It happens everyday in many countries, and it does not distinguishes between kids, teens, males, females, and old people. I will never understand to those people who force others to have sex. These people don't know what compassion means and what RESPECT means. I beleive these "evil" people who do "evil" things don't even have an idea what is the meaning of life simply because they detroy others' life. Unjust??! Ofcourse! and yes protitution is one of the oldest professions, but no one should be forced or raped to do that.

The world is full of evil things such as sexual abused. Prostitution something horrible and it's happeninh now aday. As a parent is something that worries me a lot. It's sad to see hoe evil people deceive, force and kipnap women kids and even men. Not long ago I had a bad experiece with my daughter when she was about 4 years-old. We were at the park when I lost her sight. I got so desperate and that was something unforgetable. Many things came to my head especially, this kind of cruelty. I thanks God that she was just hidding from me. I think that our society play a big part. All we see on tv is women being used as a tool for anything. Sexual commercial that sometimes whatever they are promoting has nothing to do with a half naked woman. Besides, now parent allow their kids to dress the way they want. I seen young girks around 12-14 dressing very trashy. Where are the mom and dad? If we keep like this children wont have innocences anymore. We need to put a stop at this we are the ones building the next generatuon to come. We have to teach our kids principles of morality. Something I recalled prof triff said is that we have to taking easy with sex. I agree when were are young our emotions are very strong and so it very wise to lear to respect our body therfore we will respect othes
