He can change his eating just a matter or mind over body

This man can change his eating habits if he really wanted to. It's all about mind set; the only one stopping him is himself.

It's about mind, true, but also about economics. Poor people are more likely to eat junk than the rich. We need to spread out the message of what food really is.

True, I do believe that now in days people have forgotten what real food really is. Somehow the concept that a bag of chip can be consider lunch. The lesson on what's food has to be taught once more.
However I don't believe that you have to be "rich to eat healthy, it might help but it's not the answer.

the only way he can change is if his mind is stroger than his bodie's desire to have this food. That would make him a free man.

yes you dont have to be rich to eat healthy but it is really expensive> try this: go shopping to publix, take the same list and then go buy the same items to Whole Foods Market. You will find a BIG difference.

our society is a fast pace gotta get it now and almost all the food we eat can be made in 5 minutes or you can go though a drive though so whats the point of eating healthy when you have so many things that say you dont have too

Talking about desires that are not yours.

Funny this what I am doing my term paper on in another class. Most food sold today is imitation with the exception of actual fruits and vegetables. Imitation meaning: It looks like food, but the ingredients aren't what you would find in nature, and this fake food simply has nutrients implanted in it. such as a lean cuisines and and non-fat "yogurt". Imitation no longer has to be present on the packages of these fake foods ( such as margarine) as long as they contain equal amounts of nutrients. This food is unhealthy, don't be fooled by low fat and high protein etc. you need fats, carbs, proteins and whole grains what you don't need is for them to be refined and injected into something that is not food. I recommend reading 'In Defense of Food'

One last thing to mention, to change your eating habits and being to eat healther it take a comination of some money, free will, and education. It's easyer to say that you want to eat healthy then to actually do it. Some people just don't like healthy food, while other's do.
